INDIVIDUAL/SMALL GROUP TRAINING

The FOOTY FACTORY Player Development Coach: Level 1 Diploma is the first step to joining our team. The program’s blended curriculum consists of 8 online hours and 16 on-field hours, for a total of 24 hours of coaching education.

This course is led by FOOTY FACTORY Founder and Technical Director, Sean Afkhaminia. Duration is expected to be about 8 weeks from the date of enrollment. Schedule is coordinated based on your availability.

REGISTER LEVEL 1 DIPLOMA

Curriculum:

  • Online Meeting #1: Introduction - preview course outline, define FOOTY PHILOSOPHY, and discover personal philosophy (1 hour)

  • Assignment #1: Personal Coach Philosophy - write mission statement (1 hour)

  • Online Meeting #2: Player Analysis - identify, interview, scout, and evaluate prospects (1 hour)

  • Assignment #2: Player Evaluation - collect data and observations, define training objective for prospect (1 hour)

  • Online Meeting #3: Lesson Planning - develop training purpose, structure, design, organization, objectives, attributes, progressions, conditions and coaching intervention to create game scenario (1 hour)

  • Assignment #3: Training Session - design training according to individual player evaluation and objective (1 hour)

  • Online Meeting #4: Lesson Planning - present training session, receive instructor feedback and revisions (1 hour)

  • Assignment #4: Training Session - revise training according to instructor feedback, book a practical session with prospect (1 hour)

  • Online Meeting #5: Lesson Planning - approve training session revisions (30 min)

  • Assignment #5: Training Session - execute practical training session with prospect, upload video for review, complete self-reflection (2 hours)

  • Online Meeting #6: Lesson Planning - present training session and reflections, receive instructor feedback and revisions (1 hour)

  • Assignment #6: Training Session - apply necessary adjustments, execute revised training session for final assessment, upload video for review (2 hours)

  • Online Meeting #7: Building Clientele - promote client success, build client relations, determine your ideal client, value propositions, and growth strategies to generate business (30 min)

  • Assignment #7: Building Clientele - create promotional plan, execute marketing efforts, write summary of experience (6 hours)

  • Online Meeting #8: Building Clientele - present summary of experience, discuss progress, set target of recurring clients (1 hour)

  • Assignment #8: Building Clientele - book your first clients (2 hours)

  • Online Meeting #9: Final Assessment - receive instructor training session evaluation and client relations guidance (1 hour)
